First team meeting will be Monday, August 11 at 9am for Skills Camp.  Each dancer needs to bring the $125 payment and registration form (located under Files/Forms) in order to participate.  It is strongly recommended that each dancer attend Skills camp as we will be bringing in Master teachers and choreographers for the year!!  

Also, be on the lookout for a uniform order form.  It will be posted on this site before Skills camp. 

Reminder - Skills Camp is August 11-15 9am-12pm!

You will be registered in 0 period Dance Team for 2nd semester only!  Please see Ms. Simonson to discuss any potential conflicts with sports or other activities.

Wednesday, June 11

This Wednesday is our last meeting of the school year and so in celebration, we will be having a Dance Team fun day!!  We will be having a potluck and a team crafting activity - no dancing!  Please see below for the potluck assignments.  

Additionally, during that time the Dance staff will be meeting individually with each dancer to discuss goals, strengths, and areas of improvement.  Each dancer - please come prepared to discuss these with the coaches.

Also due on Wednesday:
New members - Uniform orders and payments are due.
Everyone - Please print out and bring the Dance Skills Camp waiver.  It is on the Files/Forms page.

Potluck Assignments:

Each dancer please bring your favorite food in the category assigned with enough to feed 10-12 people.  Water will be provided.

Alcser - A. Kim: Favorite Appetizer
S. Kim - Nguyen: Favorite snack food (chips, crackers, etc..)
Pereira - Sim: Favorite Dessert

Dance Team Skills Camp

Please complete the Dance Team Skills Camp waiver and turn in at the next Dance Team practice on Wednesday, June 11.

June 4 Team Rehearsal

Dance Team practice scheduled for Wednesday, June 4 is cancelled.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Our last practice/meeting of the year will take place on Wednesday, June 11 from 3:30-6:30pm.  We will be doing a potluck (information to come), team unity activities, and dancer one-on-ones.  The Dance Staff will be meeting with each dancer individually to discuss goals, strengths and areas of improvement that we would like each dancer to focus on before we meet for Dance Skills Camp.  

Uniform Payments - New members please bring uniform order form/payments on June 11 or feel free to mail them to WHS to my attention.  Returning members - please bring uniform orders/payments to class on Wednesday morning.
